HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga focuses mainly on the posture, depth & quality of the pose.
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa flow is the breath coordinated with your movement. A mixture of sun salutations and vinyasa moves between postures.
ASHTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga yoga synchronises breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body.
DHARMA YOGA
Dharma yoga includes a progressive series of vinyasa sequences designed to allow the free flow of prana energy up and down the spine and throughout the physical body and mind.

DAILY YOGA
Each of our sessions enables us to have a beautiful energising yoga flow, for all levels of yoga practitioners. Encouraging Movement, Lengthening, Strengthening, Balance and Breath.
We will have yoga classes that include guided meditations, along with classes where you will have the opportunity to deepen your postures; enhance your focus and practice relaxing in a healthy way.
